OCUPOPMoves

Less upkeep. More follow-through.

Just keep the next step clear.

Moves gives each relationship a place, a person, and something to do next.

Your first five minutes

  1. Open the personal sign-in link from your administrator or a Moves email. Bookmark the pipeline once you’re in.
  2. Add a deal. Give it a recognizable name, a next step, and a date. The owner starts as you; change it if needed.
  3. Open the deal to add a contact or a short note. Estimated value and other details can wait.
  4. If you use Claude Desktop, connect Moves and make your next update in a chat.

A small daily habit

Start with Needs attention on the pipeline. Give overdue deals a realistic next step. Use My deals to focus on the work you own.

After a conversation

Add a meeting note, record what changed, and set the next move. You can do all three from a phone or in Claude.

From your inbox

If your team has connected email capture, BCC the address shown in a deal to file a conversation there. Moves keeps a summary. If it cannot identify the deal, your team gets a review request instead of a guessed update.

When you have a few minutes to review

The Review page helps you sort new opportunities. Rank them, assign an owner, or park a relationship until a better time. Select several rows to update them together.

One stage at a time

Open a deal and use Move to, or drag a card on a larger screen. Moves asks for the details needed at that step.

FitA relationship worth exploring.
QualifiedA promising match. Choose a forecast category.
DiscoveryUnderstand the need and scope.
ProposalRecord the go/no-go decision before making a proposal.
VerbalAgreement in principle. Resolve the final details.
WonRecord what sold, who takes over, and the statement of work.

Put a deal on hold when timing changes. It returns to the same stage when ready. Mark it lost with a reason when it is no longer moving forward. Recently closed deals remain available on the pipeline for 30 days and can still be found through Claude afterwards.

Your CRM, in a conversation

Ask what needs attention, find a relationship, log a meeting, add a contact, or set a next step. Claude uses the same deal rules as the app.

Be clear about the person, the action, and the date. If two deals share a name, Claude should ask which one you mean. Check its saved result when the details matter.

A request to “send a proposal Friday” creates a next move for your team. Moves does not email clients.

Connect Claude

A shared workspace

Team members can see and update the shared pipeline. Administrators manage people and access. This is one team workspace, with no private deals or separate customer accounts.

Your personal sign-in links and Claude keys give access to your account. Share them only with their intended owner. You can disconnect a Claude key on the Connect page; an administrator can remove all access.

CRM content read by Claude is shared with your Claude conversation. Ask your administrator about your organization’s retention and privacy policies before storing sensitive information.
